When will my delivery arrive?

VM Rentals Waco will provide Delivery and Pick up information days before your event. Delays may occur due to traffic or construction work. If this happens you will be notified. Delivery a day before your event may also occur if VM Rentals Waco has a really busy schedule due to too many jobs. Price will remain the same and you will get to enjoy of your rental for an extra day!

Do I have to set up equipment?

VM Rentals Waco will take care of all set up and take down of bounce houses and canopies.

Will VM Rentals Waco set up our tables and chairs?

VM Rentals Waco is only responsible with delivery and pick up for all tables and chairs orders. We are not responsible for setting up the tables and chairs.

Where are bounce houses safe to set up?

Bounce Houses are safe to set up Preferably on grass. We can also set up on concrete with notice. ( sand bags will be required). Bounce houses are also best to be set up in back yard if it will be left over night or in a fenced area. It is your responsibility to make sure bounce house is safe over night.

When is it unsafe to use a bounce house?

Bounce houses should never be used when winds are more than 15 mph or when it is raining or thundering. There must always be at least one person supervising the kids at all times to make sure everyone is safe.

What do I do if the power goes out causing the blower to stop working?

The first thing you have to do is to remain calm and try to help the kids to keep calm. Get one person to go inside the bounce house and take take kids out. The bounce will deflate slowly so you will have time to take kids out. This is not something that happens often but can happen if your breaker goes out. It is recommended to plug in every blower used in its own outlet. (never put 2 blowers in same outlet)

Does Blower need to be running while being used?

Blower needs to remain on while kids are jumping inflatable. Once you are done just turn off blower and let the air come out. The blower has an on and off switch.

What will happen if I decide to cancel?

If you cancel a week (7 days) before you event date you will not have to pay a cancellation fee: $30. This gives us time to rent to someone else. If you cancel from 1-6 days before your event you will have to pay a cancellation fee: $30 .

Do I need a deposit for my rental?

Every rental will require a (non refundable deposit) that is payed at the time of reservation. If you decide to cancel you will not get this deposit back. If you cancel due to bad weather/storm deposit is still non refundable but it can be used on a future date before the year is over.

How far do you deliver?

VM Rentals Waco normally delivers up to a 45 mile radius from Waco. But can deliver farther if needed. Please contact us and let us know what you need and your location.

Do you deliver to parks?

We do deliver to parks when our schedule allows us to but we do charge a $75 same day pick up fee and will also provide sand bags to hold down inflatable. You will also need to make sure that you have a power outlet if you rent a bounce house. We do rent out a generator if one is needed. We will also need delivery time and pick up time for event.

When is the payment due?

The full payment of rental is due at the time of delivery. Payment can be paid in cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, cash app, or (debit/credit).
